Book launch and cooking demonstrations by chef Leigh Drew
Leigh Drew will launch her new cookbook Vegan Indulgence at the Festival with Indulgent cooking demonstrations and will be available for book-signings at the Aduki Publishing stall.
Leigh Drew is, first and foremost, a Sydney based dedicated vegan food-o-phile. Her love of food and joy in its preparation and sharing it with others was rekindled when she became vegan in March 2003. She spends her time reading about food, making and photographing food, and teaching vegan cookery classes through the Sydney Community College. Vegan Indulgence is her new Australian cookbook filled with mouth-watering vegan desserts and sweets.

Mark Berriman, President of the Australian Vegetarian Society, will present a talk about vegan nutrition, covering all those oft asked questions such as "where do you get your protein?", "what vitamin supplements should I take?" etc.
